Advice from Al-Anbar

My cousin is stationed in Ramadi as we speak.  He says relatively the same thing.  From the grunt’s point of view, when they need something, the average Iraqi can be conniving.  Evidently, when his change of command took place in April, they inundated the Marines with requests to do odds and ends, and basically gave them the run around.
